A dental implant is an artificial replacement of the root of a natural tooth. A dental implant is made from titanium or titanium alloy, which is a bio-inert material, and provides a strong foundation to build on. The inert material allows the body and bone to accept the implant through osseointegration and virtually eliminates the possibility of rejection.  At Randolph Dental implants are placed by a local oral surgeon or periodontist.  Once healed you return to our office for restoration of the implant.  Our office completes the procedure.  There are many reasons to choose implant therapy:

  • To replace one or more teeth
  • To provide support for a partial denture
  • To increase the stability of full upper or lower denture
  • To enhance chewing comfort
  • To increase confidence while smiling, talking and eating
  • To improve your overall psychological health
  • To improve appearance
